[General] Contest Announcement?

I have acquired more details.

The entry fee is a toy that costs around $20.  All of the toys will be
donated to the Make-A-Wish at the United Way.  All entries need to be in by
the 15th.  The entries will be judged on the 20th.  Only the entries need
to be present: the contestant does not need to be there.

The 4"^3 ornaments do not necessarily need to be Christmasy.  The 2'^3
decorations are holiday themed, so they will accept non-Christmas
decorations.
