[General] 2nd annual cupcake challenge

I say go for the expanding foam idea.  Then just have toothpicks in the
sides of the cake part to hold the weight in case it turns upside down the
cake part wont slip down and squish the frosting.  Also make sure to triple
or quadruple cover with seran wrap to keep the foam out of the food.
