[General] Fwd: DARPA wants to fund hackerspaces and biosphere work

Typically, the shop generates a proposal, indicating 1) what we want  
to do, 2) how it helps the target program, 3) a broad outline of how  
we intend to accomplish our (sub)goal, and 4) a timeline for getting  
it done.  Also helpful is to have some idea of what tools and supplies  
will be needed to acquire.  Labor, for the most part is nearly free  
from shop members; should outside help be necessary, funds can be  
allocated to that also.
I am extremely interested in this effort as it is one of my life's  
goals so my labor is free.

Sometimes, one can bid in the normal overhead (like shop rent,  
utilities, and tec.)
