Here is a list of all the projects that I have for the exhibit this Saturday. If you’re not on this list then I’m not expecting you. So if you’re planning to come you need to let me know ASAP.

 

The room is 29x68. I think we can fit everything in pretty well, but I’m working the layout tonight. But I don’t have space requirements from everyone on this list. So I need that ASAP too.

 

The VBC will provide 8 ft tables (30 in deep) for 17’. They will come with skirts. I need to know if you need a table. Again ASAP.

 

I plan to rent a U-haul to bring our stuff to the show. Will probably start moving stuff around 12 and be there around 2. I am glad to bring the van by Makers 256 to pick up your stuff. But I need to know who needs help and how much room you need. Sounds like the millennium falcon needs a truck all to itself. If you are going straight to the show we can start setting up at 8 am.

 

Finally the room is the rehearsal room inside the Concert hall. So since they are not collecting tickets until 6:30 we may not only need to be at our tables then. Charlotte and Jeff Cotten have graciously offered to watch everything during the show. I’ve asked if there will be an intermission. If there is I suggest that you come back to the room at that point to answer questions from the crowd. Also I suggest you plan to hang out after the show for an hour before breaking down because I plan to ask for a shout out from Jamie and Adam so anyone at the show that doesn’t come by before the show can come by after.
