If you want a good all around supply the HP Touchpad charger is probably one of the best ones. Though might be a little overkill for some applications. 

Otherwise the iPhone and iPad chargers are supposed to be the next best at providing the expected amounts. Just be careful of the china knock offs (surprise surprise.)
