Yep... For a UAH ID it's this:
0xxxxxxxx=yyyyy
For older IDs it may just be 3-4 digits of 'y'.
The Xs are your A number and the Ys are a unique identifier stored in
Blackboard Transact. If you make a new card, it has a different y-value, so
that they can expire older cards.
