[General] Help putting in Ubuntu

There's supposed to be a new version of mailman coming out soon.  It's
changing a bunch of things, so hopefully it'll fix this issue too.

Another option for people who don't like the flood of E-mail is to turn on
digests.  You'll get one E-mail a day containing every conversation for
that day.  Useful if you want to see what's up without being flooded with
E-mails.
