[ML-General] qt training

I had that problem and the solution dogged me for *weeks*!  Finally
decided to get a liquid cpu cooler and problem disappeared.  AMD FX8350
and FX9370 (I think.)  Not even running Qt, just any process that used
at least 7 of the 8 cores, like Folding at Home.
