[ML-General] Makers Local Build-Your-Own Quadcopter Class!

I am also having some issues with mine Brandon. It's got a tiny bit odeon let in it, but I'm having more drift issues than anything else.

It might not be a bad idea to have a 'tuning' session once everyone has theirs built. We could all meet up at a local park with a stockpile of batteries and get them all dialed in.

Note, the prices will change when you change warehouses, but not by much usually. Note2, your ENTIRE order has to be from the same warehouse, their checkout system cannot handle orders split across different warehouses.

You should be able to use almost and of the Turnigy/HK branded radios. If you are looking at one from the US warehouse and aren't sure if what you have will work, ask and I'm sure someone here can help you out.

Most of the parts, except for the frame and the transmitter/receiver are in stock in the US West warehouse, so that is definitely an option if you want to switch to the similar frame without LEDs and already have a transmitter that will work. Feel free to order on your own, or let me know if you want me to order parts.

If you have seen the quad that Brian and I have built, the quads we will be building during the class will be very similar, and hefty enough to carry a GoPro or other FPV gear! Here's a picture of our mostly-assembled quad:
