[ML-General] Makers Local Build-Your-Own Quadcopter Class!

As a note to anyone that is considering doing this but didn't make the
order 'deadline', you can buy everything you need from the USA West
warehouse if you poke around the site a bit. It may even come out cheaper
once the shipping is factored in.
