[ML-General] Makers Local Build-Your-Own Quadcopter Class!

Tyler, do we need a programmer of some type for the FC board? I see some
discussion about it being a good idea to flash the latest firmware when you
get them, but I'm not sure if any old USBasp is sufficient, or if a beefier
programmer is needed.
