[ML-General] Little Free Library

I think it would be a good public face as long as useful (to someone) DIY
books and good reads were kept in the outside Little Library. I've been
thinking about putting one in my neighborhood (to piss off the HOA if
nothing else). If it's filled with 5 year old DigiKey catalogs and Visual
Basic 3.0 books, then no. But it could/would be cool otherwise.
