That appears to be complex geometry to do. You would need to ensure that
there are no undercuts in that and there is a bit of setup to get the angle
you want on the orifice. You would need to cantilever the electrode on the
inside and burn that geometry.  Now if all you want to do is punch a .012"
round hole that would not be too hard and could be done from the inside.
