[ML-General] Google Fiber coming to Huntsville

I was thinking this might make real estate, either residential or commercial, in Madison less attractive than what's in the city limits of Huntsville.

Interested in everyone's thoughts, especially with regards to potential target markets, etc. 

Anyone got any cool applications in mind? I'll have 1Gbit/s between my workplace and home, so that's exciting for me.
