[ML-Hams] coax \ radio test

The desk could actually move, I believe. We would need to put a shelf on
the wall for the shop audio equipment, but everything else has no specific
place it needs to hang out.

I have a limited number of rack nuts and bolts and would not mind a
contribution of some more, if we go that route.
