[ML-Hams] Ham Radio Tower for makeshop

I've started a HAM Radio Tower wiki page here:

Aside from purchasing a base plate at the next HAMFest, anyone know a good
resource for getting a base plate?

They look pretty expensive online (over $300), maybe we could get someone
like Scott Morales to custom weld one for us?
