I would not use the words "roof penetration" within 100 miles of the
building owner. A roof penetration is problematic because of leaks and
there is no need for it. If we mention this, it could shut down the owners
willingness to let us do other things.

I'm not worried about getting through he walls. There are lots of options
already available.
