[ML-Hams] Ac unit for Ham shack

Did you notice that was 550 CUBIC feet capacity?  With the ceilings 
there roughly 10 feet, that leaves 55 square feet of floor space, or 
maybe 10 feet by 5 1/2 feet floor space.

If there are even hints of future spaces being airconditioned, it is 
much cheaper (and more efficient overall to a/c the entire maker space, 
else the utilities will eat us alive, plus the costs of (useless) 
partitions and many separate a/c and heat units.

Please consider the long term.
