[ML-Hams] Ac unit for Ham shack

Wouldn't it take more energy to cool the whole thing then to be able to
cool only parts that we need? We would also need to insulate the entire
building and if we moved eventually, it would be hard to take it with us.

I am a little worried about that steel roof for a selling. It will conduct
heat out in the winter and act like a solar heater in the summer.  We will
probably need to plan some insulation.
