[ML-Hams] Getting better line-of-sight at the make shop

I thought we had a tower to put up, for this purpose.
The plan was to install it with a tilt kit, so we could actually service it
but then finding or fabricating a tilt kit for the tower continually eluded
us.
so I'm not sure, but I'd have to think that is still worth looking into.
