I have some PL-259 connectors I could donate to the effort.

Gigaparts is usually pricy but check with them. They may give you a discount since you are an non profit. They like to support local groups. You will also need 2 PL-259 connector for the ends (assuming your radio is an so239 connector). You will want some dielectric compound as well. I am assuming that you have solder and a heavy soldering iron.
What kind of antenna are you putting up? I was thinking about some type of inverted V configuration but the mast would be in the middle in that case.

The mast is on the corner of the building near the makers local sign.  It's currently extended to about 30 feet, we can get it up to 50 with proper guy wiring.

Any tips on where to get some RG213?

LMR400 is pricy stuff and it is hard to work with. For a budget station, I would go with RG213 for HF and put the money into a better tuner or a better antenna. LMR400 mostly performs better at higher frequencies. Where is that mast and how tall is it?
