Cc: <a href="mailto:Davis@syynlabs.com">Davis@syynlabs.com</a><br><br><br>Hello!<div><br></div><div> I would like to introduce you to Davis Galligan (e-mail: <a href="mailto:Davis@syynlabs.com" target="_blank">Davis@syynlabs.com</a>, phone: <a href="tel:206-226-4654" value="+12062264654" target="_blank">206-226-4654</a>) of Syyn Labs (<a href="http://syynlabs.com/" target="_blank">http://syynlabs.com</a>) in LA. They build Rube Goldberg Machines from science, technology and art to inspire the public, promote curiosity and be generally awesome. </div>
<div> For their latest project, they want to make a machine that will make an apparent leap off of Niagra Falls. But it will instead stop itself at the brink and then launch a near-space balloon that will return photographs of near-space Earth. He heard about our project through a mutual friend and would like to know how to design-build-fly a near-space balloon photography mission.</div>
<div> Davis, I introduce you to some of the guys of the Makers Local 256 HSIS Team:</div><div><ul><li>Satyam Nayak (<a href="mailto:nayaksatyam@gmail.com" target="_blank">nayaksatyam@gmail.com</a>) - He is our photography expert and designed and built the photography package for our flights. An example of the photos taken is attached.</li>
<li>Bill Brown (<a href="mailto:wb8elk@aol.com" target="_blank">wb8elk@aol.com</a>) - His claim to fame is that he invented the<a href="http://www.wb8elk.com/" target="_blank"> Near-Space BalloonSat</a> back in <span style="line-height:19px;font-size:13px;font-family:sans-serif">1987</span> and has been flying ever since. He developed a GPS tracker for our flight. They are available commercially at <a href="http://www.elktronics.com/" target="_blank">http://www.elktronics.com/</a>.</li>
<li>Matt Robinson (<a href="mailto:brimstone@the.narro.ws" target="_blank">brimstone@the.narro.ws</a>) - He is our tracking expert and build a tracking package for our flights using a Mobile Boost cell phone running Mologolo Solo. It tracked one of our flights at start and finish, unfortunately it landed in a lake. :C</li>

</div><div> Also, attached is a summary presentation of the project. </div><div> I hope this helps and good luck with your project!</div><div><br></div><div> - Ethan/spacefelix</div><div><br></div><div>
