[General] New list: general-announce (this one)

Hi all,

I have created a new list, general-announce at lists.makerslocal.org. If
you were a member of the general list, you have been subscribed to
general-announce. Makers Local 256 will use this new list to send
announcements about important events and activities at the shop.

The general at lists.makerslocal.org list is still operational. Please
continue to use that list for discussion about making/hacking-related
topics.
