[General] Makers Local 256 is now a 501c3 Charity

I've made charity donations before and I've never had any trouble with the
deductible.  But I've had receipts to keep track of the amounts donated, and
it's verifiable if the IRS does ask questions.  I guess the paypal donations
take care of that automatically.
