[General] earplugs available at the shop

Makeshop members,

There are now disposable earplugs located on the powertool shelf.

Please make use of them when around the powertools as some tools (like the
saws) emit high pitched noises that can damage your hearing.

On the pegboard are safety glasses, these are also part of a well balanced
safety solution.  Please return the glasses to the begboard when finished.
