Side note: The Greater Huntsville Humane Society referred me to
Huntsville Animal Services, which turns out to be a shelter where
they kill the animal after 3 days. The Ark, http://www.arkinc.org/,
is a no kill shelter. I had just learned this and tried to call, but
they're only open till 4.
