[General] Plumbing Backup - Bathroom Now Unusable

If this is not an issue that the landlord is responsible for, I have the
plumbing tools and am willing to direct/assist someone to fix the problem.

Hey,

     We've a problem.  The sewer line to the shop just clogged.  The sink
and toilet are now unusable as they are backflowing; toilet is overflowing
into the bathroom.  If you can please tell me who is responsible for fixing
this or what services are needed, please give me their contacts and I will
call them.
