[General] Plumbing Backup - Bathroom Now Unusable

They're being dispatched tomorrow mid-morning - I was on the phone with them
this morning explaining the situation. I'll go down and meet them.
I just saw these messages, sorry - did someone else call the landlord, or
did the plumber just now get off their ass?
