Please see attached file for code that provides basic fotocabinet
functionality. It does require a bunch of python modules, all of which
are readily apt-gettable.

Still to do -
exif tags - GPS coordinates, link back to makers local
Makers Logo
Popup a window with the final image.
Resize the window to UPMC size, kill the taskbar.
Mystery Mode has not been implemented. If someone has a stock of
images to put in, it should be fairly easy to load up a random image
to do so
