[General] Decision matrix and your participation

If you want to send me a set of 12 numbers, ranged 0-10 with 10 being
highest,  representing the importance of the characteristics listed on the
spreadsheet listed in the previous email, I will put them into the sheet
myself.  Keep in mind I'm doing this so that as many people as possible can
be polled before we make a decision.  If you don't want to be identified, I
won't make your results visible to everyone.
