I'm so glad finally started a dialog about this... touchy subject.

I've put my first attempted at laying out the purpose and layout of
each area on the wiki here:

Everyone, please look these over and leave your notes. At the next
meeting I'd like to lock this down for the next 6 months so we have
actual goals to develop our space. At the November meeting we will
reevaluate each area and change the goals and layouts as needed.
