[General] Fwd: Makers door

Hello,

     Wayne tried to get into the shop this afternoon.  It seems the lock
bolt motors and system are not working.  Wayne said when he tried his USB
key and then the lock key code, there was a long beep from the lock
mechanism.  The system did not actuate the bolt.  Can anyone repair?
