[General] MPS430 development kits

Hello Makers!

  Preauxphoto has generously loaned his Texas Instruments MSP430 development
kits to the make shop.
If you have a project that could make use of these kits, please contact
Preaux and let him know that you're using it.
They are for anyone to use, we just want to make sure we keep track of them.

Currently the kits are on the storage shelves.
Specifically:

   - Storage Room
   - Back Corner of intersecting interior walls
   - Top shelf
