[General] Cleanup Day Salvage Pile Cleanout

Hello,

      We are going to be throwing out salvage (read, dotted) items that have
been in the pile for more than three months.  Please comb through the pile
to claim anything you'd like before 2/6.  Please label it with your name and
remove the dot so we know not to throw it away.
       Also, please prepare for cleanup day by clearing projects and tools
off the tables.
