11/4/2012 is the annual tool rush at the Atlanta Community Tool Bank.

There are always crazy deals here. Everything is discounted. There are
tons of new and used tools and consumables there. One year an
Oxy-Acetylene set up with all the fixings went for $100.

Great organization too.
