[General] Saturday Notes for Mythbusters

I have no idea about the afterwards. I would like us to not strike
immediately after the show. I'm hoping for a shout out and we may get an
hour of people coming by.

 

There is a loading dock. But I imagine MythBusters will get first crack at
it, especially after the show. I don't know if it is covered. I'll shoot a
quick e-mail but its late in the day so I may not get a response.

What's the schedule for strike/tear down and load out after the show?

 

Also, looks like crappy weather is on its way. Is there a covered loading

Nope. I doubt they will make the commitment in case something happens during
or after the Birmingham show tonight.

 

I had a layout done for the rehersal room but haven't modified it for the
ballet room. So... I'll do that tonight and send it out.

In case I haven't mentioned it before we're setting up at noon on Saturday.
Does anyone need to be there earlier? (I'm definitely looking at the
Millennium Falcon guys). The flyer is out and we're putting up posters to
direct those with tickets towards the Ballet Room we're we will be. Remember
the flyer says we're open to the public starting at 4.  I got 10 tables and
no chairs for the room. So I'll cover the tables, but appreciate
contributions if you're using one.

 

Jamie and Adam got a copy of the flyer too. So everything seems to be set.
