[General] Vaporizer Class: RBAs

Hi Makers!

I wanted to announce the Wednesday, July 24th class being taught to the
public at Makers Local 256.  The class will start at 6:30pm and go till
about 8pm.

Josh Carr will be teaching how to use and rebuild Rebuildable Atomizers
(RBAs) for vaporizers.

For those unfamiliar, vaporizers are a safer alternative to smoking
ciggarettes.  All eCiggarette vaporizers work on the same principle, to
flash boil a liquid (like Propylene Glycol or Vegetable Glycerin) that can
optionally have nicotine suspended in the solution.  The "smoke" produced
is actually water vapor, smells pleasant, and dissipates quickly.
