[General] four-wire to SIP interface

I'm looking for a four-wire audio to SIP
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Session_Initiation_Protocol> interface.  Just
a box with an ethernet port and a line level audio input and output.
 Similar to an analog to IP telephone adapter box.  Does anyone know where
I can buy one for less than $2,000?  I'm not willing to spend that much
money.  I bought a Cisco phone adapter to hack, but the firmware is so bad
I can't even set the IP address on it.
