[General] the milling machine

Here's some more info on the milling machine.

Looks like it never had a cover on the drive belt and pulleys.  Pre-OSHA.

I'm ordering an 11 piece set of #9 B&S collets for it. 1/8" through 3/4" by
sixteenths.
