It's funny you mention that...

Here is another option from Adafruit, among many others.  Same price, 
$20.  This unit covers an enormous amount of spectrum besides just FM 
radio.  Coupled with (free/donate) SDRSharp, it will give you the tags 
as well as the music.

If I'm understanding the request properly.
