[ML-General] KiCad software gets the CERN treatment

Ya, libraries are one of it's biggest weaknesses.

It's not that bad to custom make a part, but it can get a little tedious. I
also find it ends up creating a mess of files and locations in which things
are stored. Still haven't quite figured out a good way to do that yet.
