[ML-General] Mini-Mobile Fab Lab

A drawer, with varying lengths of wire. I'm serious. Raw material for
electronics work. Paperclips, sticky notes, whiteboard. USB chargers on an
inverter. Anker makes nice stuff.

More details on the vehicle layout and model proposed.
