[ML-General] Sewing surger help

To the sewers of the group,
My surger needs a tune up. It seems to be out of alignment or something
else relatively simple, I just don't know exactly what or how to fix if.
Trying to avoid the professionals and the outrageous costs that seems to be
in this area for a "tune up". Can anyone help me?
