[ML-General] Working with another local, non-profit

I've done museum exhibits like this before. We ended up using python and Qt
multimedia libraries, but the project was a nuclear reactor simulator so it
was a more complicated program.

What I would recommend is to not have the video looping all of the time. We
had the default be a ambient noise audio loop that drew the users in and
enhanced the experience of seeing the actual exhibit. There was a prominent
panel where a user could push buttons to see different short video segments
when they wanted to turn their attention to them.

I still have the code floating around if and could rework it if you wanted
the basic interactivity.
