We hope you're having a great week. In this issue, we feature Downtown Mardi Gras Specials, Fat Tuesday at Twickenham Square, and Winter Wine Week.

Winter-Warmer-Week
The fine establishments of Downtown Huntsville are ready to host you for some fun on Saturday before, during, and after the Grand Parade (https://www.facebook.com/mardigrashuntsville/) !

Winter-Warmer-Week
The fun isn't over after the Mardi Gras parade (https://www.facebook.com/mardigrashuntsville/) wraps up on Saturday evening. The city is opening the Entertainment District in Twickenham Square on Tuesday, February 9th from 5-11 pm for Fat Tuesday! Cajun Steamer (https://www.facebook.com/CajunSteamerHuntsville/?fref=ts) will have live music, fresh crawfish, and all day food and drink specials. Taco Mama (https://www.facebook.com/tacomamahsv/?fref=ts) is offering half priced margaritas from 4-9 pm, and The Chocolate Bar (https://www.facebook.com/chocolatebarhsv/?ref=br_rs)  is crafting up special Mardi-Gras themed cocktails and food specials.

Tech-Tour
Downtown Huntsville Winter Wine Week is fast-approaching and there are plenty of events for everyone! Homegrown (https://www.facebook.com/HomegrownHuntsville/?fref=ts) and Church Street Wine Shoppe (https://www.facebook.com/churchstreetwineshoppe/?fref=ts) invite you to Sip 'n Shop in Downtown Huntsville for free on Wednesday, February 17th. Tours will start at 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm at Clinton Row (https://www.facebook.com/clintonrowhuntsville/?fref=ts) where OTBX (https://www.facebook.com/OTBXHSV/?fref=ts) will host the first tasting. The tour will then walk to Harrison Brothers Hardware (https://www.facebook.com/HarrisonBrothersHardware/?fref=ts) for a tasting with The Wine Cellar (https://www.facebook.com/The-Wine-Cellar-49859152060/?fref=ts) , and finally back to UG White (https://www.facebook.com/UGWhiteHuntsville/?fref=ts) for a tasting with Church Street Wine Shoppe.

Winter Wine Week kicks off with Pinot Camp at The Wine Cellar (https://www.facebook.com/49859152060/photos/a.274571442060.152845.49859152060/10153365080502061/?type=3&fref=nf) , where visiting Oregon winemakers, winery owners, and sales directors will conduct a tasting of around 100 wines. Pinot Camp is $40/person or $70/couple and tickets are limited (call to reserve). On Tuesday, at Old Town Beer Exchange (https://www.facebook.com/OTBXHSV/?fref=ts) , you can pay $10 at the door to taste 15 Meads/Honey Wines. On Wednesday, The Wine Cellar will have a Botte n' Brush finger painting class at a special rate of $20. On Thursday, from 5:30-7:30 pm, Church Street Wine Shoppe (https://www.facebook.com/churchstreetwineshoppe/?fref=ts) will host Champagne Couture, where you can sip free bubbly while shopping for apparel and beauty products. There will also be a raffle! Winter Wine Week winds down with a local cheese and wine pairing available at 1892 East
(https://www.facebook.com/1892East/?fref=ts) all night, and a Pizzelle's (https://www.facebook.com/PizzellesConfections/?fref=ts) chocolate and wine pairing at Belk Hudson Lofts (https://www.facebook.com/BelkHudsonLofts/?fref=ts) . The cost of the chocolate and wine pairing is $15 at the door for 4 chocolate and 4 wine tastings. Reservations are not required.
