[ML-General] pole wanted

Overall goal is to stand up a structure that we can mount radio equipment
to, that will get us better Line-of-Sight in the 5 points area.

I think you're right about the Tower, it's too tall for us to be able to
tilt it and not hit a powerline, so servicing it would be difficult.  Even
with obstacles out of the way, a tower tilt is expensive compared to a mast
tilt.

It sounds like we may have to make a telescoping mast instead of a tilting
mast.
