[ML-General] Wanhao i3 Recall

For those of you who have the Wanhao i3 Duplicator, there is a recall on
the heating wire.

When the wire goes through the chain, there might be a crimp connectors on
the wire in the chain.  The crimp wears out over time and breaks.
