[ML-General] Makerspaces helping with pandemic

I would like help hacking a CPAP machine it be a better ventilator.
The previous machine I had would have worked fine as is. This one doesn't
have appropriate knobs to twiddle or data output that I can find. Probably
been dumbed down. Let's smarten it up.
