[Green] Fwd: NATIONAL SPACE SOCIETY TO ANNOUNCE GROUND-BREAKING GREEN ENERGY SOLUTION

It sounds like national control (as opposed to citizen power) and expensive, when there are ample solar resources here on earth if we would but use them properly.  Is this such a wonderful prospect or a way to divert funds into more research rather than addressing the core issues of polluting power generation??  My usual approach about such things is:  FOLLOW THE MONEY!!............
