Ethan and Matt...please forward to the rest of your Maker 256 team:

My multi-mode tracker circuit that I've designed will shortly include
APRS on it...I flew it on the fourth balloon....map attached of that
flight path from the data we received from my tracker throughout the
flight (the one that shows the parachute icon).....we can use that for
your flights in the Summer.

I'm also going to test fly a very cheap Zigbee 900 MHz module next
Sunday......approx $40 for the transmitter.

What cell phone tracking website did you use for last Saturday's
flight?....and did you get any photos on the camera?

I'd like to see any cell phone data you might have received.

Photos attached of your payload's launch, the flight tracking map and
raw data from your flight from the APRS tracker....you reached 83,440 feet.

Part of the flight path shows the payload coming back home before they
turned off the payload so ignore that part of the flight path.

Hello!

First, thanks for letting us hitchhike on one of the balloons this past
weekend. It was quite learning experience. One of the big items we
learned is that we really need to get an ARPS based tracker and not a
cell phone.

Looking around online it looks like this isn't going to be as cheap as
we'd like. Do either of you know of a cheap radio, microcontroller, and
GPS solution for less than $100?

Thanks for your time!
